In order to meet the needs of developing the service network and better serving the needs of customers, Vietsun - Headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City is recruiting Accounts Receivable Accountants - an opportunity for you to accompany and stick with one of the dynamic transportation businesses in Vietnam for a long time.

  1. RECRUITMENT TITLE: Accounts Receivable Accountant
  2. NUMBER OF RECRUITMENT: 01 person
  3. DEPARTMENTS/DEPARTMENTS: Accounting Department
  4. DIRECT MANAGEMENT: Chief Accountant
  5. WORK LOCATION: No. 13-15, B4 Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
  6. SALARY: Negotiable (depending on candidate's ability).
  7. JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Issue VAT invoices and payment documents to customers.

– Control and manage data related to customer receivables: compare data between details and summary to ensure accurate, complete and timely recording of arising amounts and customer debt terms.

– Accounting for receivables according to current regulations and instructions of the Chief Accountant.

– Reconcile accounts receivable periodically monthly/ad hoc.

Debt collection.

– Plan to collect customer payments monthly/weekly, report on customer payments.

– Report and check data related to debt

– Check the data of reports related to the customer revenue section being tracked

– Report on classification of customer debt by debt age.

– Proposing effective solutions to collect customer debt, minimizing the risk of bad debt that is difficult to collect…

- Other tasks as required by the Chief Accountant and Board of Directors.

  1. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

– Female, university graduate majoring in accounting and auditing. Priority given to graduates with good or excellent grades.

– Have experience in related position for 2 years or more (required).

Mastering the Accounting Regime, Accounting Standards, and related laws.

– Accurately and promptly grasp the legal procedures and accounting processes of the enterprise.

- Ability to think logically and organize work reasonably and effectively.

– Careful and meticulous in every detail of work, and at the same time have a high sense of responsibility for any assigned work task.

– Ability to work independently and multitask when necessary to coordinate with members of other departments and agencies.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Good at using accounting software, knowing how to use Asia accounting software is an advantage.
