- RECRUITMENT TITLE: Sales Staff

- SALARY: LFixed salary from 8 million VND or more (monthly income = fixed salary + business salary), attractive income, unlimited and commensurate with work efficiency.
- JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Bring more customers, output and profit to the company.
– Bring customer satisfaction about service quality.
– Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly registration targets.
– Complete assigned allocation plan targets: including assigned C/S customers and self-exploited customers
– Proactively develop a business cost plan (grasp the basic information on important costs needed in the sales chain)
– The report recommends strategies for each new and existing customer to ensure stability, maintain maximum output in competing with the market and competitors.
- Prepare monthly debt tracking list according to regulations
– Support accountants in debt collection and resolving outstanding issues
- Plan and report specifically on direct customer visits, weekly and monthly according to prescribed cycles.
- Plan to go to the factory warehouse to pack and deliver goods directly. If there is a negotiation, it is necessary to arrange an appointment between the Board of Directors and the direct customer.
- Report weekly work, and monthly, quarterly and annual business results as prescribed. In addition to the above reports, when going out to meet with customers, you must report the results of the transaction work, related to the effectiveness of meeting customers when there is any business strategy.
– Responsible for PACPs that are proposed to the superior Manager.
- Comply with and implement the company's rules and regulations according to current labor laws.

- COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
– Male/Female, University or College graduate with majors: transportation, foreign trade, business administration, logistics….
- Good communication skills, agile.
- Honest in work, have high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and withstand work pressure.
- Proficient in office computer
– Required: At least 2 years of experience or more.
