– When is the cut-off deadline for SI, VGM, CY closing?
– Is a draft B/L sent before issuance? How much is the bill correction fee per time?
5. QUESTIONS ABOUT RISK & CANCELLATION POLICY
– How much is the fee to cancel a booking or change the train schedule?
– If the goods are inspected, the seal is damaged, the ship is delayed → the shipping line will support or the cost will be borne entirely by the business.
– Is there a dedicated staff in charge of tracking the shipment (PIC tracking)?
