In order to meet the need to expand the fleet, Vietsun Corporation - Vietsun Shipping Company is recruiting for the position of Captain. This is an opportunity for you to accompany and have a long-term relationship with one of the leading dynamic transportation companies in Vietnam.

1. RECRUITMENT TITLE: Captain

6. SALARY: 70-75 million/month and bonus based on work performance. Total income ranges from 85-95 million/month.

As the highest commander on board, he is fully responsible for the safety, operation and management of the ship.
Organize and assign work to officers and crew members to ensure ship operations are efficient and in compliance with regulations.
Lead, control and supervise the work of mobilizing, anchoring, docking, loading and unloading of goods and maritime activities.
Responsible for maritime safety, ship security, environmental protection and compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISPS regulations.
Represent ship owners and companies in all transactions, inspections, and reports to port authorities, agents, and authorities.
Check and approve records, logbooks, machine logbooks, technical and safety reports.
Training and coaching crew members, building discipline, solidarity and responsibility at work.

Ensure that the vessel operates in accordance with technical, legal and commercial procedures in accordance with company regulations and international maritime laws.

9. ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

Have full professional certificates, Captain's license of corresponding class issued by Vietnam Maritime Administration,
Experienced in operating container ships on domestic routes, knowledgeable about domestic waterways and seaports.
Master maritime safety regulations, Vietnamese maritime law and ship operating procedures.
Ability to operate, assign work, manage crew and maintain discipline on board.
Have the ability to handle situations, make quick and accurate decisions in complex weather and sea conditions.
Good health, high sense of responsibility, calm demeanor and honesty.

No violations of the law, clear background, complete voyage records.
