The procedure is free of charge.<\/p><h5><strong>Conditions that businesses need to be aware of.<\/strong><\/h5><p>One important point to note: economic organizations with foreign investment capital are not allowed to engage in the business of re-exporting goods.<\/p><p>The legal basis for the procedure includes the Commercial Law, the Law on Foreign Trade Management, and Decree 292\/2026\/ND-CP.
