Let\u2019s distinguish these two concepts with Vietsun Logistics.<h4>What is ICD?<\/h4><p>ICD (Inland Clearance Depot) \u2013 also known as a dry port located inland, recognized by the State as an inland customs clearance point. ICD operates as a \u201cminiature seaport\u201d, with permanent customs, supporting inspection, loading\/unloading of goods, storing containers and performing all import-export procedures on the spot.<\/p><p>The key point is the word \u201cClearance\u201d.
